Making the impossible possible, one engine at a time

Four organizations from our own ecosystem, the problem each brought us, what the Navigators built, and what changed. Veteran-led, mission-driven, and now running on systems instead of heroics.

    Veteran Coaching Network

From a referral-only community to a weekly stream of executive conversations

Coaching community for transitioning and veteran leaders

    ExecNaviXNavX AgentCRM and automation

    The challenge

The network had a strong mission and a loyal core, but growth depended entirely on word of mouth. Corporate partners, sponsors and enterprise coaching buyers were never reached in a repeatable way, and every inbound lead waited on the founder's inbox.

    What we built

    • Positioned the founder's LinkedIn profile around veteran leadership development for corporate teams.
    • Ran ExecNaviX outreach to HR, talent and veteran-program leaders at mid-market and enterprise employers.
    • Installed a CRM with stages, follow-up rules and NavX Agent responding and booking around the clock.
    • Built a partner introduction cadence for veteran service organizations and chambers.

    What changed

    Executive meetings
    8 to 12 per month
    Corporate partner conversations
    First 20 in 90 days
    Founder inbox time
    Cut by roughly half

For the first time the conversations came to us instead of us chasing every one.

    American Heroes Equine Connection, Inc.

A sponsor and donor pipeline that no longer depends on one event a year

Nonprofit equine programs for veterans and first responders

    Business developmentMarketingVirtual assistance

    The challenge

The organization delivered life-changing programs but funding arrived in bursts around a single annual event. There was no consistent outreach to corporate sponsors, foundations or community partners, and the small team had no bandwidth to add it.

    What we built

    • Defined three sponsor tiers and a foundation target list aligned to veteran wellness giving.
    • Ran LinkedIn and email outreach from the executive director's profile to corporate giving and community relations leaders.
    • Built a donor and sponsor CRM with automated thank-you, update and renewal sequences.
    • Added a Business Navigators virtual assistant to own follow-up, scheduling and grant calendar.

    What changed

    Sponsor conversations
    Monthly instead of annual
    Recurring supporter base
    Established within two quarters
    Staff hours on admin
    Returned to program delivery

We stopped starting from zero every January.

    Master Coaching Accelerator

Cohorts that fill on a calendar instead of a scramble

Cohort-based certification and business program for coaches

CRM and LMS automationMarketingFractional business development

    The challenge

Each cohort launch was a manual push: spreadsheets, one-off emails and late enrollments. Applicants slipped between the application, the call and the payment, and the founder was the only person selling.

    What we built

    • Mapped the applicant journey and rebuilt it inside a CRM connected to the learning platform.
    • Automated application follow-up, call booking, enrollment and onboarding sequences.
    • Installed a fractional business development leader to own the enrollment number and weekly cadence.
    • Launched an alumni referral program with tracked introductions.

    What changed

    Application to call rate
    Materially higher with automated follow-up
    Enrollment window
    Predictable, opened six weeks ahead
    Founder selling time
    Shifted to teaching and coaching

The system now does the chasing. I get to coach.

    Valor and Ventures Media

Including its podcast, publishing and creator sub-brands

One media group, several sub-brands, a single sponsorship engine

Veteran-founded media group with multiple audience brands

Marketing (SEO, AEO, GEO)Personalized videoBusiness development

    The challenge

The group had grown into a podcast, a publishing imprint and a creator collective, each with its own audience but no shared way to sell sponsorships, guest placements or partnerships. Brand visibility in search and AI answers was inconsistent across the sub-brands.

    What we built

    • Unified the sub-brands under one sponsorship offer with clear packages and audience data.
    • Built SEO, AEO and GEO foundations so each sub-brand is findable by search engines and AI assistants.
    • Ran outreach to brand and agency sponsors from leadership profiles with personalized video follow-up.
    • Set up a shared CRM so every sponsor conversation, across every sub-brand, lives in one pipeline.

    What changed

    Sponsorship pipeline
    One view across all sub-brands
    Sponsor conversations
    Weekly and tracked
    Search and AI visibility
    Consistent across every brand

We finally sell as one company with several stages, not several small companies.
