You can rank number one and still lose the click.

Search stopped being a list of links. Buyers now get their answer from an AI summary, and either your company is inside that answer or you are not in the room. We build the visibility system that puts you there, then execute the content and campaigns that keep you there.

    Why this matters now

The traffic didn't move. It got intercepted.

These are not our numbers. They are published, dated, third-party research, the same research your competitors' agencies are quietly reading right now.

    58%

of the clicks that used to go to the number-one organic result are now absorbed by Google's AI Overview. Eight months earlier that figure was 34.5%.

    Ahrefs, 300,000-keyword study · May 2026

    30%

On Gemini, the overlap between brands that get mentioned and brands that get cited can be as low as this. Being talked about is not the same as being linked.

Semrush AI Visibility Index, 126M prompts · June 2026

    0.74

YouTube brand mentions showed the single strongest correlation with AI-answer visibility across 75,000 brands, stronger than backlinks or domain rating.

    What this means

Your marketing plan was built for a search engine that no longer exists.

If your agency is still reporting keyword positions and impressions, they are measuring a surface that is quietly handing your traffic to a summary box. The work now is different: earn the mentions that models learn from, structure your content so it can be quoted, and measure whether you actually appear in the answer.

    Who we build for

From Fortune 500 to the company that intends to be one.

We work with organizations that have already proven the model and now need visibility to match. Our floor is roughly $5M in annual revenue, not because smaller companies don't deserve good marketing, but because below that line the right answer is usually one great hire, not an outside execution team.

    Tier 1 · Enterprise

    The Established Brand

    $250M+ revenue · 500+ employees

    • Has a marketing department; needs an AI-visibility capability it can't hire fast enough
    • Multiple business units, each with its own narrative to keep straight
    • Legal, brand and comms all have a vote, and we work inside that, not around it
    • Buyer: CMO, VP Communications, Head of Digital
    Tier 2 · Mid-Market

    The Serious Contender

    $25M to $250M revenue · 50 to 500 employees

    • One or two marketers stretched across everything
    • Losing named deals to better-known competitors, not better products
    • Sales keeps asking for content that never arrives
    • Buyer: CEO, CRO, VP Marketing
    Tier 3 · Growth

    The Fortune 500 In Progress

    $5M to $25M revenue · 10 to 50 employees

    • Founder is still the brand, and that's now the bottleneck
    • Growth came from referrals and relationships; the well is running dry
    • Ready to be found by people who've never met them
    • Buyer: Founder, Owner, Managing Partner
    Straight talk

Plenty of family-run companies clear $5M. Plenty of funded startups don't.

The number isn't a snobbery test, it's a readiness test. Revenue at that level usually means there is a repeatable offer, someone who can answer our questions, and a budget that can survive the ninety days before compounding visibility starts to show. A third-generation manufacturer doing $18M is a better client for us than a $3M startup with a bigger vocabulary. If you're under the line and you know exactly what you want, tell us anyway. We'll either take it or point you somewhere better.

    The full suite

Four places your buyer looks. We cover all four.

Most agencies sell one of these and call it search. They are different disciplines with different mechanics, and optimizing for one does not automatically win you the others.

    SURFACE 01 · SEO

    Search Engine Optimization

    “Best commercial HVAC contractor Dallas”

The foundation, and still the largest single source of qualified intent. Technical health, site architecture, page speed, internal linking, indexation, and content built to rank and hold.

    • Technical audits
    • Keyword strategy
    • Content clusters
    • Internal link architecture
    • Local & multi-location
    • Rank tracking
    SURFACE 02 · AEO

    Answer Engine Optimization

“How much does commercial HVAC replacement cost?”

Getting your answer into the box above the results: AI Overviews, featured snippets, People Also Ask, and voice. This is question-shaped content, clean schema markup, and answers written to be extracted cleanly.

    • Schema & structured data
    • Question-first content
    • Snippet capture
    • Entity clarity
    • Voice-search phrasing
    SURFACE 03 · GEO

    Generative Engine Optimization

“Who should I hire to replace the HVAC in a 40,000 sq ft facility?”

The newest and least-served surface. We track what ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot and Claude actually say about your company across hundreds of real buying prompts, then work the inputs that move it: third-party mentions, citable assets, and consistent entity data.

    • Prompt tracking
    • Citation-source analysis

    • Sentiment monitoring
    • Fan-out query mapping
    SURFACE 04 · BRAND

    Omnichannel Brand Execution

The conversations happening where no algorithm is watching yet.

Models learn your brand from everywhere it's discussed. That makes social, video, podcasts, newsletters, PR and industry communities part of your search strategy, not a separate line item run by a separate vendor.

    Execution, not advice

What actually lands on your calendar every month.

We are not a strategy deck. Everything below is produced, published, monitored and reported by our team.

    Strategic Messaging Development

A messaging framework tied to your business objectives, positioning, proof points, objection handling, that everything else is built from.

    SEO & AI-Enhanced Content

Long-form articles, landing pages and resource assets researched with AI, written for humans, structured to be quoted by machines.

    Multi-Platform Social Execution

Coordinated campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok and YouTube, planned quarterly, published daily.

    Campaign Design & Promotion

End-to-end campaigns from concept through creative, distribution, paid amplification and post-campaign measurement.

    Brand Positioning & Visibility

Sustained presence that establishes your organization as the reference point in your category rather than an option in it.

    Leadership Communication Support

Talking points, executive posts, bylines and internal comms so your leaders sound like the authority they are.

    Podcast & Video Growth

Show development, guest booking, clip production and distribution, the surface most correlated with AI visibility, and the one most companies skip.

    Reputation & Review Management

Daily monitoring, response, and correction of the third-party sources that AI models read as truth about your company.

    Reporting That Names the Number

Monthly reporting on share-of-answer, rankings, traffic, and pipeline contribution. Not impressions. Not “engagement.”

    The engine room

A ninety-tool operating stack, already bought and already running.

We own and operate a deep licensed software stack: SEO and AI-visibility platforms, outreach and enrichment, content production, analytics and security. You get the output of that stack inside your retainer instead of a line-item invoice for each seat.

How we work with your team.

We are additive, not a replacement. If you have marketers, they keep their jobs and get leverage. If you don't, we are the department until you're ready to build one.

The same person who builds your visibility system runs it on four properties of his own, holds the licenses to the ninety-plus tool stack it runs on, and sits in the quarterly review with your leadership. There is no account executive who sold you and then disappeared, and there is no junior handed your brand on day thirty-one.

    Questions we actually get

    Frequently asked questions

Written the way people ask them out loud, which is also, conveniently, the way answer engines read them.

What is the difference between SEO, AEO and GEO?+

SEO is getting your page to rank in a list of blue links. AEO, answer engine optimization, is getting your answer into the box above those links, including AI Overviews, featured snippets and voice results. GEO, generative engine optimization, is getting your company named inside the response an AI assistant writes when someone asks it for a recommendation. They share some inputs, but they are scored differently. Winning one does not hand you the others, which is why we run all three plus the brand-mention work that feeds them.

How do you actually measure whether we show up in ChatGPT or Gemini?+

We build a set of real buying prompts your customers would type, not keywords, full questions, and run them against ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Google AI Mode, Perplexity and Microsoft Copilot on a fixed schedule. We record whether you were mentioned, whether you were cited with a link, which sources the model pulled from, what sentiment it used, and which competitors appeared alongside you. That becomes your share of answer, and it's reported monthly against a baseline we take before we touch anything.

How long before we see results?+

Technical fixes can move rankings in weeks. Content compounding usually shows in months three through six. AI visibility is the least predictable of the three because the models retrain on their own schedule. We generally see first movement in the 60 to 90 day window once third-party mentions and citable assets are in market. Anyone promising you AI visibility in thirty days is guessing.

We already have a marketing team. What happens to them?+

They get leverage. In most engagements your team keeps brand ownership and approvals, and we take the production load: research, writing, technical work, publishing, monitoring, reporting. We work inside your review process, your brand guidelines and your tools. We have never asked a client to fire anyone, and we're not interested in the engagements where that's the goal.

    Do you do paid ads?+

We design and run campaign amplification, and we'll manage paid social within a campaign we built. We do not run standalone paid search accounts. There are specialists who do that better than we would, and we'll happily tell you who.

What does llms.txt do, and do we need one?+

Very little, based on the evidence. Ahrefs studied 137,000 domains in June 2026 and found 97% of llms.txt files received no crawler requests at all, with AI assistants making up roughly 1% of the requests that did occur. No major AI provider documents using the standard. We'll add one because it costs an hour, but we will not sell it to you as a strategy, and you should be skeptical of anyone who does.

Why is there a revenue minimum?+

Because below roughly $5M, the honest recommendation is usually a good in-house hire or a freelancer, not a retained execution team, and we'd rather say that than take a fee that squeezes you. Above it, there is normally a repeatable offer to amplify, a decision-maker who can answer our questions, and enough runway to reach the point where the work compounds. It's a readiness test, not a size test.

What happens on the first call?+

We ask what you sell, who buys it, and what you've already tried. Then we tell you which of the four surfaces we'd start with and roughly what it costs. If we're not the right fit, we say so on that call rather than three proposals later.
